Teenager Josh Dubovie was representing the UK during the Eurovision song festival.Dubovie was chosen to represent the UK after securing the most public votes on Your Country Needs You! on BBC One in March. Although, BBC said earlier this week that it was very unlikely that the UK would win this year's competition, they had not expected Dubovie to end as last. This is the third time the UK has finished in the bottom spot in the past eight years Bookmakers had expected Azerbaijan to become this year's favourite. Against everyone's expectations it is the 19-year-old who scored 246 points with her song Satellite.Lena was very surprised and shocked when it turned out that she could call herself: The winner of the Eurovision song festival 2010.Speaking after the show, Lena said she was "shocked" by her victory. "I think it's unreal,"she said. "This is such a big thing that I'm just completely freaking out!"
Turkey's MaNga came in second place, with Romania third and Denmark fourth. Organisers allowed Spain's Daniel Diges to perform twice during the event after a fan disturbed his performance by jumping around during his song.
I watched the Eurovision Songfestival and I must say that when I heard the UK I was already convinced that they were not going to win. I am surprised that they expected Azerbaijan to win, because I found it too exaggerating. I didn't like the singer, I think she could have done better as a porn actress. However, I am very happy that Lena won the contest, she had a great song and she looked normal, no big boobs and exaggerated hair. She has a fantastic voice. Her voice reminded me at Amy Winehouse and the music made me think of Lily Allen. I think she really deserves it. An other song that I really liked was Jessy Matador from France with his song: allez, ola, olé.
